This company is named intrepid, which means resolutely courageous, fearless, and bold. But most of us, even me sometimes, get paralyzed by fear of failure. It’s foolish, but real. I found a video from Brian Tracy that I want to share. It does a pretty good job of walking you through some steps to eliminate your fear of failure.

In this bad economy, many of us are a little skittish. But this is the time to stop fearing failure. If you can accomplish this, you will make real advances on the competition!
