Dan Waldschmidt

There are sales leaders, bloggers, and gurus. And there is Dan Waldschmidt.

Extreme. Controversial. No holds barred. In your face. And right on the damn money. This conversation with Dan will shake up how you think about, how you view, and how you execute your sales process.

Dan and I talk about how to be edgy in your sales conversations, he explains his edgy conversation matrix, the worst mistakes sales people make, how to blast through old school methodologies, and Dan gives a couple of pointers on how to shake things up immediately.

What a super cool interview between Todd and Dan.

Dan is a high energy guy and I LOVED his approach and philosophy to the sales process. It isn’t about cheesy approaches. He talked neurological triggers and more! Did you know that less than 1% of what’s in your pipeline will close until you figure out what they need?

    Managing of the so-called “guru’s” are damaging…Dan W.

The underlying problem is all about people (that’s what is behind leads)…be edgy says Dan.

thanks barb. glad you enjoyed the chat. and yeah, blows my mind that people put up with !% close rates, when simple changes can have a dramatic impact…

  • hi todd

Great information. I never knew that less than 1% of your sales will close until you figure out what it is that they need. Makes sense and can be a great life lesson in our personal lives too.
