I had the real pleasure to chat with executive, author, speaker and CEO advisor Patty Azzarello yesterday on Intrepid Radio. She is the author of Rise: How To Be Really Successful At Work And Like Your Life.
Patty and I had a really interesting discussion about how to like your job more — without changing your job. We discussed the myth that is the work/life balance. She explains how to tell if you are a work-horse, and why you can get stuck in your career by working too hard. She walks us through about how to deal with bad or stupid bosses and still keep your career on track. And finally, she explains the bad things that happen when you remain invisible, and how to be more visible without being annoying.
