I am very sorry for your loss. I know how much my dog means to me and my family (sometimes I give Chloe more attention than I do to the rest of my family). Your story about the attention from your vet is incredible and touching. They understood your relationship to LittleMan and made that the focus, not that they were a business trying to make money. How many times to do get caught up in the daily grind and not think about the needs of the people we call customers. After all it is about the relationship and giving first. If we can accomplish this then we will receive in return.</description>
