The Intrepid above the Moon

The Intrepid lander above the Moon in 1969.

INTREPID was the name of the lunar landing vehicle from Apollo 12, which landed on the moon in November, 1969. It is remembered for the crew’s fearless commitment to their nearly flawless mission, but also for their fun-loving spirit. Commanded by Pete Conrad and piloted by Al Bean, the crew embodied the joyful camaraderie and teamwork that Todd recognized as the perfect example of how he wants his team to serve customers.
