This is why you are successful Todd. You’re not afraid to put yourself out there and crawl around a Starbucks floor (yuk) to help a client. What a powerful way to show your clients what you’re willing to do for them. But you’re also doing something else equally important – you are demonstrating an approach to business your clients need as well: being extraordinary.

Thanks Taryn. Glad you enjoyed it. I am curious to learn more about the external mic input with the Kodak camera. We’ve done some video work where the audio was a little shaky, and sounds like that might be a cool solution. Thanks for the tip!

Todd – this is a great post! I especially like how you gave the example of repairing the floor boards. It seems many people need help with getting ideas on how many ways you can use videos or blogging. Roger just put a series of videos up of his nutritionist going through the grocery store pointing out what foods are healthier to eat and why. (http://www.atlantafatboy.com). He’s also starting to use it for documenting the leather restoration process at http://www.youtube.com/leathersmithstv

We currently use a Flip Ultra but the next camera we invest in is going to be the Kodak Zi8 as it has an external mic input. Woohoo!

Excellent post – really enjoyed it.
